What makes it great: This apartment is a great example of making a few sacrifices to live in an awesome space. Though the square footage isn’t provided, this place seems huge. It is two levels and features an awesome staircase and fireplace. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so this place would be easy to share if you were in a roommate situation. The ad doesn’t mention a balcony but I think I see one in the pictures. Easily walk to Capitol South or Union Station.
Why you should think twice: If you want an apartment this big at this price point, prepare to make some sacrifices. No washer and dryer. I don’t mean no washer and dryer in the unit. I mean no washer and dryer anywhere. Prepare to trek to the laundromat.
