What makes it great: It seems like everything in this apartment has been multiplied: two bathrooms, two parking spots, double closest, and an extra den/office space. I should also mention that 1200 is huge compared to the typical DC two bedroom. I am sure your immediate thought is if you could turn the den/office space into a bedroom. My gut says no because if that was a possibility, it likely would have been disclosed. If you are in a roommate situation, this is a great option because each person will get their own bathroom, parking spot, etc.
Why you should think twice: The building doesn’t have much curb appeal.
