What makes it great: Everyone knows that I have a soft spot for historic places. How can you say no to those beautiful beams? There is a catch though. This listing teeters on being a group house situation. I don’t do room shares because I never know if people are crazy. I decided to include this space because it is private from the rest of the house. It is the english basement unit and it has two private entrances. There is a kitchen and a washer and dryer. Parking included!
Why you should think twice: I wonder if the laundry is shared with the rest of the house? Also the lease terms are a little weird. They are looking for someone short term but you could extend the lease after June.
