What makes it great: I threw out a quick PSA about this place on Friday but I was on my way out of town and didn’t get to really spread the word. This apartment is in one of my favorite buildings in Dupont. It’s right at 17th and P and is full of one bedroom units that could act as two bedroom units. This is because the living room has a closet and in some cases, french doors that allow for privacy. This unit doesn’t have doors separating the living room from the kitchen but I bet you could figure something out. If not, this is still an adorable one bedroom option for a great price.
Why you should think twice: Creating a two bedroom will take some creativity.
