What makes it great: I was really excited about this listing because I initially thought it was the entire townhouse. The listing is actually for just the second level of the townhouse. Obviously this places has been split into two apartments. Nonetheless, it is still a cool find. It has great character and the parking spot is such a sweet bonus. Exposed brick too!
