Don’t get your hopes up because these aren’t “true tiny houses” because they are a little bit larger than a few hundred square feet. I have dubbed them tiny because they are smaller than some two bedroom apartments. However, I know the appeal of having a single family home so downsizing may be worth it. Both these houses are in great locations. The Dupont carriage house would be a slam dunk if it wasn’t for the green carpet– ick.
