What makes it great: I have seen condos in this building listed for sale but never really took the time to check them out. I tend to lean towards smaller, boutique buildings. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this ad. Despite the intimidating exterior, this apartment has a very cozy and sophisticated vibe. I can imagine living here. The floor plan is modern there is a ton of space. I really love the little bonus area/dining space. Look at all of that light! The unit comes with a parking spot and your pet is welcome. Open houses this weekend!
Why you should think twice: As I mentioned, I don’t love how big the building is.
