What makes it great: Here is another “junior one bedroom” with an interesting layout. The studio appears to have an L-shape floor plan. There is a narrow living area and then a murphy bed that has been installed in a closet area. I would assume you walk through this area to get to the bathroom. If you like this set up, you can rent this place furnished. If you want play around with the layout, you can bring your own stuff. Overall the space looks clean and modern.
Why you should think twice: I would be curious to see if the space worked without the murphy bed.
