You may remember my past visits to The Fleetwood. To refresh your memory, The Fleetwood is a boutique building in Cathedral Heights that has awesome apartments without the scary price tags. I got the inside scoop and there are a few vacancies coming up. The best part is that they range in price, providing options for all different budgets.
The priciest apartment is a top floor one bedroom with a skylight, new kitchen, washer and dryer, and a fireplace. For the past year, a fellow EBDC reader has lived there happily. Now it’s your turn to continue the tradition. Get it for $1895 There is an equally spacious apartment on the second floor that you can get for $100 less. The apartment is less updated but you will get a cool bay window.
If you are really on a budget you can get a second floor one bedroom for only $1595. Truly there is something for everyone– even your pets. The Fleetwood welcomes small cats and dogs.
