What makes it great: First of all, I need to clarify where this apartment is. It is advertised as being in Columbia Heights/Mt Pleasant but that is a bit of a stretch. I would say it’s technically 16th Street Heights but no one calls it that. It’s north of Columbia Heights and west of Petworth. There is less hustle and bustle, but for some that could be a welcomed change. I have visited this building before and I will say that it’s well worth the slight commute. The finishes are fantastic and the location really is convenient. I could dream about that bathroom counter space all day long.
