Lately I have seen several apartments on Craigslist that are listed for well below market value. Pre-Covid I would have been skeptical but now I am not so sure. I am reading in the description things like, “listed below market value to find good tenants fast” or “need to move quickly because of unemployment.” Fingers crossed there are some real deals in the list and not a bunch of scams.
