For the most part, the houses in Glover Park all have a similar look. Some of the homes are less updated and especially appeal to recent grads. Other homes like that this one may appeal more to a young family. No matter your situation, this is a beautifully renovated home for an excellent price. What I like most about the home is that there are multiple living spaces. It appears that in the front of the home there is a more formal living space. The back of the home has a more casual family room. The kitchen is open and beautifully updated, perfect for anyone who loves to cook. The nice thing about a Glover Park home is the outdoor space that comes with many of the homes. This home has a nice spacious back deck but no front porch. Though advertised at a four bedroom, one of the bedrooms may be a little small. The current tenants are using it as a nursery. They are also using the basement as a bedroom.
