The building also has a 24 hour doorman. The apartment itself is bright thanks to the solarium off the living room. It’s amazing how some well crafted drywall can really make the place feel more elegant. The paint job also helps. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Why you should think twice: There aren’t any pictures of the second bedroom. This makes me nervous that it is really small. Having to convert that beautiful solarium into a second bedroom would be a terrible alternative.
