What makes it great: Remember this place from the Friday Rounup? It’s back and better than ever. The price has been reduced by almost $150 a month. If you had second thoughts at first, this is your chance. I thought it was a bit overpriced before but now you can’t say no. The bay window, beautiful dark hardwoods, and renovated kitchen are too good to pass up. The location is also great, the metro is only a block away.
