What makes it great: This is actually one of my favorite buildings in Columba Heights. I love the architecture and it is crazy close to the metro. The unit has been recently renovated and features hardwood floors, a dishwasher, central air, and a washer and dryer. The balcony is icing on the cake.
Why you should think twice: Roommates will need to share a bathroom.
