What makes it great: Some people love Mt Pleasant. It has a strong neighborhood/residential feel but is still metro accessible. Because the neighborhood is so residential, there are a lot of single family homes and not as many apartment buildings. This apartment is a great find because it is a true one bedroom and isn’t in someone’s basement. It needs a little TLC but it is workable. An assigned parking spot is only $100.
Why you should think twice: The kitchen floor is pretty bad. Invest in a runner.
