What makes it great: You would probably recognize this building if you walked by. It has an awesome art deco style exterior. There is a two bedroom available with 1.5 baths. The layout is a little weird and there are definitely some dated features– track lighting, brass accents, etc. However, you can’t beat the location. Dupont metro is only a few blocks away. Washer and dryer in unit. Small pets will be considered.
Why you should think twice: It’s hard to tell how big the second bedroom is. Hopefully it can accommodate a true bedroom setup.
