I came across these two places on Craigslist this morning. They are both super affordable and to make the deal even sweeter, utilities are included. At this price point, you can’t expect a lot of glitz but both places get an A+ for location. Dupont and Cleveland Park are two of my favorite neighborhoods. Get moving and start saving.
