I did a double take with each of the properties. The reason? I have been in each of these buildings. Between friends, clients, and my own research, I have been in a ton of buildings in DC. It is always to find an ad and know exactly where a building is and what it has to offer. Based on either location, price, or management, I think that each of these places are worth a look.
