Y’all know I have a soft spot for english basements. If you want nice finishes but you are on a budget, consider one of these recently rehabbed english basement units. All four have awesome kitchens if you like to cook. One place is even on the verge of getting LEED certification. If the landlord loves the environment they must also love their tenants right? I wish the option on The Hill wasn’t carpeted but that little sliver of exposed brick makes me forget about the missing hardwoods. Happy hunting.
